This project when conceived in 1999 by then Chairman Dr. S. S. Sandhu, was ahead of its time! And for the local municipality it was way beyond its budgets. Resultantly it look all the time to start and the site for part completion. We were aware of the issues and other factors such as small plot and neighborhood so our design has two basement to parking another first by us for Punjab. Different A/c systems & operations for public areas / club and shopping. Club and shopping was added to ensure daily use of the infrastructure daily.
