The Master Planning for 200 acre site on a hilly area with 40 meters in difference between high or low points was based on the 27 Principles of the Charter of New Urbanism – Walkability / Connectivity / Mixed Use & Diversity / Mixed Housing / etc. This Central University was being set-up by an Act of Parliament in 1998. The highlight of our Master Plan is based on separating the Academic Areas from Residential Area with a Grand Central Buffer.
