Shri Mata Sheetala Devi Mandir

Shri Mata Sheetala Devi Mandir

This is a very historic temple. The town Gurugram (before Gurgaon) is named after the famous guru of Pandavas, Guru Dronacharya. This temple is extremely popular during Nav-ratras. Crowd management is a challenge then.
We have prepared the Master Plan after retaining the Deity location; Approach axis and Holi Pond. All the new buildings and facilities are planned / located accordingly. The smaller plot is earmarked for large gatherings – called Mela Ground. Before this time it was never ‘planned’. The temple management, then run by Mr. Devinder Singh, IAS, DC of Gurgaon, successfully persuaded numerous builders who are active in the district to fund the project. Some are DLF; Unitech; Ansals Properties Industries Ltd.; Eros Group; Saraswati Builders; May-Field; Uppal Housing Pvt. Ltd.; Maleboeu; Puri Construction Pvt. Ltd. & Ardee City. This is an ongoing process. This project is based on Vaastu Principales.
