Sunrise Plaza

This project was conceived by the promotors of Apollo Hospital, Ludhiana on an adjoining plot of theirs. We planned a hotel on upper floors for the hospital visitors and a mall on lower floors. After a detailed economic study the project was shelved by the promotors.
