IMPACT Sare Magnum Township
Our role in this project was Master Planning for the purposes of CLU (Change of Land Use). The client had opted to go for parcel by parcel CLU to avail certain benefits that are available to smaller chunks of land. So our Master Planning is a serious compromise as we had to give preference to ‘small parcel design’ over the ‘Holistic Master Plan’.
