Phase III, Indoor Stadium
During Phase I & II were for the main Indoor Stadium and Service Block / Site Development, etc. for the Municipal Corporation of Ludhiana. The Phase III is for the adjoining land of about one acre owned by Ludhiana Improvement Trust. The land had no access from the Pakhowal Road or any other road. So it was to be transferred to Municipal Corporation of Ludhiana. We have created a Tennis Academy. A roof top 25 m Swimming Pool is over the Admin / Change Room block.
