This project when designed was the largest Theater / Auditorium of North India with 2500 seats! It is part of 21 acre project – the basic layout / configuration were created when the Master Plan was being done by us. We have followed best international standards. With 11254 sq. m. (1.21 lac sq. ft.) it was a very ambitious project then in 2017 for an NGO, in Hapur, that 60 km from Delhi. Now in 2021 the Hapur, NCR is just about 45 minutes from Delhi by road and it is also getting Rapid Rail connection.
