This Cluster Bus Depot on 10 acre triangular plot (40480 sq. m.) was developed by us by ear-marking the frontal portion of the plot for leasing purposes on 80 m wide road – this act of ours results in turning the project into better than a self-financing scheme. Additionally, with our most efficient planning we managed to park 272 buses of 14 m length (22 more than required by our client) on the smaller land without lease plot area.
