This project of factory renovation for Evergreen International, our old client, was a very tricky assignment – the client had bought only half of an existing factory! So we had to look after both parts in a way from structural point of view. We added showroom for finished ‘antique wood products’ of our production line. Also guest rooms for stays of buyers, mostly from Europe. Also a new façade was added. All this was done without stopping the factory production!
