This has started as a renovation project. However, on close involvement we have found that there are many sheds that are constructions done on ad-hoc basis every now and then to meet some urgent needs – in other words no Approval or Building Permit is obtained. Therefore we are suggesting to proceed with proper ‘Approvals’ and after following Bye-laws. The process is lengthy but ongoing.
