Our City Center Design is based on the theme of FIVEs from Punjab’s 5 Rivers; from Sikhs’ 5 pledges; from Hindus’ 5 TATVAS; from contemporary 5 needs of society (Functional; Social; Economical; Environmental and Aesthetic).

Won in open competition held by Ludhiana Improvement Trust. When completed the project will be the only one of its kind in India providing State Library/ Museum / Art Gallery / Financial & Banking Centers / Mall and lot more in one location. Connected by one kilometer long pedestrian heaven. Additionally Parking for 2300+ cars. Also there are economy food stalls and toilets for drivers / taxis, auto, etc. Chairman Dr. S.S. Sandhu is the force behind this special project.
