It was a very challenging design competition on a very small size and odd shaped plot of 1304 sq m. that was allotted by New Okhla Industrial Development Authority with permissible coverage of only 13500 sq. feet only, the challenge was more serious. Noida Authority never built any such center on the site. A brilliant opportunity for the MSMEs to show case their products to potential
