Design highlights – Revenue generation was our aim. We provided hotel and office blocks for leasing out. A bus terminus is also made part of the bus depot. As with our other important Bus Depots, we have taken care of all international level facilities in addition to 200 bus parking mainly for 14 m long buses and some for 12 m long.
Project was not built as this Delhi Govt. land was heavily encroached and re-possession is ongoing.
