This factory on 1.5 acres plot on a prime location in Gurgaon is designed for top of line ‘Antique’ furniture factory that has latest machines and its own wood seasoning kiln. The wood dust is collected with central vacuum cleaning and is converted into briquettes for the furnace. A grand showroom for foreign buyers is an essential part of the project. The design was based on Vaastu Principales.
