Client (state of Madhya Pradesh) required 31413 sq. m. (3.38 lac sq. ft.) of built-up area in Phase I on site of 150 hectare (125 acres). But the earmarked site is in two parcels within the range of about two kilometers. Our Design / Concept approach was based on the following:

For change in political leadership the project is on hold.
