This 2700 sq. ft. fully A/c institutional building for chartered accountant students has 4 lecture halls, library, 100 seats auditorium and one OAT of 50 seats. Additionally it has two guest rooms for visiting faculty members. There is a cafeteria and snack bar is attached to the auditorium and can easily service any gathering at roof level. This is a very irregular site and we made the best use of it. The client planned for two phased construction but we finally had one phase only. Institute of Chartered Accounts, India based at Delhi is over 70 years old. Recently it made a policy to establish ‘study centers’ through all the country. This is one of them.
