Bar / Restaurant

This project was stopped mid-way due to the issues with the necessary operation licenses required for bars and restaurants - 35 plus NOCs were required! Additionally complaints to MCD by neighborly competitors during renovation added to the issues. Our design was not just interiors but a complete solution with firefighting; central A/c; service cores; etc. a top of line set of restaurants and bars without any parallel in the whole of New Delhi then.
